I would like to ask if anyone has any experience with having unexpectedly Zabbix server down and with the Services/SLA aftermath.
The problem is that the power outage powered off everything on site including Zabbix server.
During the outage of the Zabbix being down I see "no data'" period for everything obviously.
This however didn't propagate to the services because services are calculated based on the trigger duration in real time AFAIK
So now I can see 100% SLA met whilst all site was down.
How to deal with this problem please? How can we see SLA being affected in this case?
