How to create Zabbix trigger prototype.

I'm using this GitHub tool to integrate AWS Cloudwatch with Zabbix

this tool discovers all my AWS ELBs and their relevant cloudwatch data.

It's using all prototypes to discover and register hosts as well as items.

I need to setup trigger on UnHealthyHostCount item for ELB host.

Do reply if any more details required.
