Need help to configure Item and Trigger

I am using Ubuntu 14.04 and trying to monitor a host by icmpping . Can any one help me to create item and trigger for below scenario ?

Screnario :::
Event is outputted when no response is received for all multiple series of ping requests.
On failure of expected response, immediate retry is done in this case for configured count. No message is outputted until immediate retry count is over.
