Hi, I am building a Unifi Template to monitor APs down using the API. Our current trigger gets a list of the names of the APs offline and we are using if length < 0 the problem starts. Our main issue at the moment is that when the list changes, per example an additional AP goes down or one recovers, the problem doesn't get updated and there is no notification to HaloPSA.
I would like to avoid generating multiple problems as that will make multiple tickets in HaloPSA. Is there a way to accomplish this?
