MIB - cannot parse oid. From cli working

hi,
i download MIB for dell idrac.
i copy this file in /usr/share/snmp/mibs

this working from cli:
snmpget -v 1 -c public __IP__ IDRAC-MIB::systemSystemID.0
IDRAC-MIB::systemSystemID.0 = INTEGER: 1230

when i created item:

name: test1
type: SNMPV1 agent
key : test1
SNMP OID: IDRAC-MIB::systemSystemID.0
community: public
type: numeric
data type: decimal

i get error:
snmp_parse_oid(): cannot parse OID "IDRAC-MIB::systemSystemID.0".

zabbix: 2.2.11

please, where is problem ?
