[HELP] - OpsGenie Integrations to ACK and CLOSED Problem

Hi everyone, i want to integrate my zabbix server and OpsGenie but stuck with :

Send alert is successfully, but

1. When i ACK in OpsGenie isn't ACK on Zabbix
2. When i CLOSED in OpsGenie isn't CLOSED on Zabbix

I search many discussion and in blog of zabbix, but not solved.

I change the triggerStatus and Add EVENT.ACK.STATUS

And update from OpsGenie,

Create Alerts -> ProblemNo
Closed Alerts -> OK
Ack Alerts -> ProblemYes
