Have been trying to resolve sending event information from Zabbix to a script to format to JSON API for an incident management middleware. The primary issue seem to be confused about in testing are the macros that can or cannot be used to test. Some of the post don't appear to provide an absolute solution as I am sure others have solved this part of it but not noted. The middleware we use does not support web hooks so this is where we are. I have been using the same macros between email notifications (which work successfully) and a script (does not populate) and just curious any help as to why or what am I missing?
