SNMP tables
Is there a way to use SNMP tables in Zabbix?
Sure I can use snmpwalk to get the OID and put it in the SNMP OID field of the item. But the sequence in SNMP tables can change and then I have the wrong or no value for the item...
An example is the ifTable. The sequence of the network interfaces changes with every system startup. Is it possible to reference the value in the tables with the description instead of the index? I think without such a function the Zabbix SNMP agent is more or less unusable...
