Zabbix Architecture
Hi guys!
I have read on the Zabbix Manual (version 1.0) that the Server is made up of two main processes: “zabbix_suckerd” and “zabbix_trapperd”. Someone knows if in version 1.1 of Zabbix, the “zabbix_server” process replaces both or if “zabbix_server” play the role of “zabbix_suckerd” only? If the exact answer is the second, what is the process that play the role of “zabbix_trapperd” in version 1.1?
I would like to know this because I have the necessity to understand how Zabbix process the “traps”.
