In a couple of the servers that we monitor we have a unavailable trigger that would fire for an server and resolve before the actual error trigger fired. This causes our call logging system to not auto resolve a call for a trigger that logged a call as the OK state (resolved) is before the error.
If anybody has had this before and know how to resolve it any help would greatly be appreciated
