Zabbix 3 postgresql partitioning scheme for large installation

Hi there,
I want to install Zabbix for a large environment on
Zabbix server UP + Postgresql server active
(Zabbix server Down+ Postgresql server passive) (db replication)

For Zabbix 2.x I found a partitioning scheme.
Does anybody have something for Zabbix 3.x ?
