Hi All,
I want to create a manual ticket when a problem is active, we already have automatic ticket creation for certain high priority problems.
To create these tickets we have a media type that is linked to a trigger action with certain event and host tags to create the ticket.
For our low priority tickets i want to be able to manually trigger this media type to create our tickets.
Is there anyway to achieve this?
