I am having trouble connecting the snmp service to a fortigate firewall. It was found that after performing the snmpwalk test on ssh in zabbix the connection is successfully obtained, but in the zabbix dashboard the snmp service for this host presents a connection failure, giving a timeout.
It was found that the snmp agent settings on both the firewall and the host in zabbix are the same and there are no blocking logs on the firewall for this connection. Does anyone have any insight into what might be happening? I thank you in advance for your attention.
