Notifications arrive in email days late in Zabbix

Hi Team,
I'd like to hear from you or please give me your recommendation.

I've been experiencing issues with Zabbix notifications. I'm currently receiving notifications with a 3-day delay.

I currently use notifications to notify me of alerts when triggers are activated and also to run scripts from Zabbix.

In the Zabbix configuration, I'm setting StartAlerters=10.
