Edit: So I made the user a 'Super Admin' and the alert fired into slack no issue. I realized that I had to set a custom role and group and grant it access to the Templates and or Hosts. Then it started working.

I am attempting to setup a trigger action to notify when a single Windows service is not running and have it send an alert to a Slack channel. I currently have the default 'Report problems to Zabbix administrators' setup to notify a group named 'Alerts' that contains a 'name_slack' user with the media set to a different channel working flawlessly.
I have attempted to setup a new user for alerting to a different channel and it does not send anything to the new channel. The new user is an exact copy of the working user. The only difference is the '_dev' portion and the channel.
I have setup the Media Type 'Slack' and have successfully tested it can post to the slack channel.
Actions > Trigger Actions > Create Action

Users > Users > name_slack_dev > Media

I'm lost as I've set it up identically as the working alerts but it continues to fail. What have I missed?
