Hello everyone.
It is possible to keep running version 1.8.x of zabbix agent alongside with version 3.2 of the same agent in a single linux host?
Backwards compatibility of older agents work well with newer versions and keeping multiple configuration files for the same agent is useful when you need to point to different Zabbix servers.
But Im figuring out a way of keeping different versions in the same host in order to show differencies between agent functionalities across versions (support of new items, etc).
Does anybody tried this?
Thanks.
