SNMP discovery role with mixed variable types strings and hex-strings

I currently write a template for the windows lanmgr-II-mib. For the discovery of services I get an output with mixed types, STRING and multiline Hex-STRING (UTF-8). Any idea how to make one discovery rule of it?
