We are using the Ubiquiti AirOS by SNMP template found here. Is it possible to make changes to only send alerts for specified ports?
For example, we are less concerned about being notified about problems detected on ports connected to desktops/ hot desks in the office as they generally change state quite often. We are more interested in only receiving alerts for ports connected to servers and other devices that should be available at all times.
We have two switches, each switch host would need a different list of ports to ignore. Is it as simple as specifying a list of ports in one of the macros? If so, which one? Not all of them have descriptions in the template.
