Hi! Help me please!
Recently there was a problem of receiving messages about the arrival of the traps with errors: Error ID = 981102 : SAS discovery occurred, configuration changes pending и Error ID = 981103 : SAS discovery occurred, configuration changes.
For that i created item SNMP traps FIND ERROR in template Template SNMP traps with triggers:
1. {Template SNMP traps:snmptrap["SAS discovery occurred, configuration changes"].str(981103)}=1
2. {Template SNMP traps:snmptrap["SAS discovery occurred, configuration changes"].str(981102)}=1
Triggers work. But! One trigger didn't sent the message, when it had a status "OK", but then immediately sent it was a "Problem". Another trigger is the opposite: first the state was "the Problem", and the message certainly came, and then came the following about transition to the state of OK.
Question: why the trigger goes to the status "Problem" either immediately or after a status of "OK"? How is it to be?
