In our company we have a Zabbix 7.4 installed as a ha cluster with 2 nodes. Recently, for new department, we have added new user role and group and shared several network maps with them. However, when users with this user group try to open one of the maps, there is an error "System error occurred. Please contact Zabbix administrator.". In zabbix server logs and database logs there are not any error logs, only info.
