I have tried to find a solution for this some time now, but I can't get it to work. Following situation:
I wan't to trigger a message to Jira when someone acknowledges a trigger. We have many warnings currently which are first checked if we need them. If so a ticket is manually created. (We would like to speed this up)
I've tried to get this to run with the operation condition on "Event is acknowledged" but that doesn't seem to work. Now it won't create any tickets in Jira.
Does anyone have a solution for this? If more information is needed feel free to ask
