Availability Reports Issue

I'm hoping someone can help me out on this one. We are running Zabbix 7.2.6 on Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS. Whenever I attempt to create an availability report, no matter what I put in the filter for time range, I get back a report for what appears to be year to date and it's always 100% available. I can see from the header that the "item" is changing, the report is not. I confirmed my date range and ensured I hit the apply button. Here is an example
