We have a zabbix installation received from a partner. I normally dont mess around configuring it so not a great user of this yet .
I would like to provide an SLA report or rahter a report on outages and their length (start and end).
At the moment we are connected to the API and fetching alerts but that alert does not seem to include when one alert is fixed or not .
Does Zabbix maintain an outage list and what do I need to fetch on the api to get this list ?
