I'm wanting to track the status of a website and alert if it's stopped. This seems to be far more difficult than it appears. Here's why:
- I can't use the web scenarios as the Zabbix server is external and the website are internal only
- I've looked at using: web.page.perf[sitename,page,port], but this seems to not work as intended. It ignores the host header and the page, so any of our sites on the same port return a value.
- I've looked at perfmon counters, but there doesn't appear to be a status like there is for App Pools.
This seems so simple a request but I can't find a solution, please help!
