I am trying to setup an alert that will allow me to send alerts based upon time of day and then re-trigger the alert if a certain time is reached.
For example, I have a device that is monitored from 6am to 10pm, if the device triggers an alert the message is sent to a group that receives the alert via pager (alert interval is 5 minutes and sends 5 alerts then stops) A second alert is setup for the 10pm - 6am (overnight) and it only sends alerts via email (same alert interval: every 5 minutes and sends 5 alerts then stops).
I would like the system to start sending alerts to pager at 6am if the device has an active trigger that was found between the 10pm and 6am range and has not been acknowledged.
Is this possible?
