Hi. I'm new to the forum and Zabbix 3.2.
I have updated an Action to send a problem alert every 30 minutes after the trigger has fired. This is working but the end users are concerned about a problem alert that fired 4 months ago. At the time the alert fired the Action was configured to send only one problem alert. The problem has not been fixed (don't ask) and the end users have not received the OK alert, as expected.
Question: how do I configure this Action to send an alert every 30 minutes even though the problem occurred (the trigger fired) 4 months and has not yet been resolved?
I have attached a screen shot of the current configuration of the Action.
