Lack of free swap space triggers on one Windows VM out of many

I have one Windows Server 2012 R2 VM in a hyper-v environment that constantly trips the Lack of free swap space trigger. Looking at the graph, it shows the free swap space falls to 0 every so often. Sometimes it stays at 0 for weeks. I've used Zabbix_get to verify the actual value the agent returns is 0.

I saw a post on google saying that this will happen when you let windows manage the page file. However, all my other VMs are configured the same way. I let Windows handle the page file. I haven't found a way to see free swap space in Windows.

So is this a bug? Should i just disable this trigger? I just feel like something is wrong.
