Monitor Azure Virtual Machine Scale Set
I have a Virtual Machine Scale Set in Azure.
I want to monitor each VM running in the VMSS to see if a certain service stops
This check would be dependent on a check passing that the VM is running in the VMSS
In the Zabbix Agent Config I can use HostnameItem instead of Hostname.
But where I am having a problem is with the ListenPort field, because you wouldnt want all VM's running within the same VMSS to have the same listening port.
Does anyone have any ideas on this kind of scenario or has anyone else managed to get Zabbix to monitor specific items on VM's within a VMSS?
