zabbix 3.4 installation problem

Hi i've a strange problem when trying install zabbix 3,4.

i've done all steps xith success and now i'm on:

http://IP/zabbix

Welcome toZabbix 3.4
click on next step
Check of pre-requisites
All is on green OK
click on next step
and then i come back on Welcome toZabbix 3.4 and again and again

No error logs on apache/zabbix, ...
(debian8, zabbix 3,4)
