twin servers eventlog (silently) refused
I'm unable to figure this one out. I need to force the machines to give me an error
I have 2 identical servers (supposed to be) identical OS and software
same w32 agent V1.1
I retrieve via the agent several values like system.cpu.util[], vfs.fs.size[D:,free] and several services states.
All this works making me think everything is fine
Now on one server I can read the eventlog using eventlog[System] on the other I can't.
I've changed the debug level in the agent.conf to the max 4 but it won't give me an error.
Something somewhere blocks
The conf settings are the same on both machines except for the hostname
Anyone got a clue? If there only was an error somewhere
