On occasion, I get the following in my zabbix agent logs on servers which have limited connectivity
6792:20070703:120406 Getting list of active checks failed. Will retry after 60
seconds
6792:20070703:120506 Getting list of active checks failed. Will retry after 60
seconds
6792:20070703:120606 Getting list of active checks failed. Will retry after 60
seconds
However, often, the agent hangs at this point and never tries to contact the master again. The agent process has to be manually restarted in order to continue.
I have seen similar forum threads but no solutions yet.
Does anyone have any ideas?
