zabbix1.4.1 action setup issue?

hi

I am new in Zabbix, I installed zabbix-1.4.1, but failed to setup action, so I can't get any email notifications.

please help me

my setting:

ACTIONS (Event source: Triggers)

Name:
Server TestServer is unreachable

Conditions:
Trigger = "Server TestServer is unreachable"
Trigger value = "TRUE"

Operations:
Send message to User "Admin"

Status:
Enabled

also, I set email address for Admin

but I cant' get any meil when TestServer is down.and can't see any message in "Monitoring" -> "Action". there's just one line: "No actions found"



any body knows what happens there, please help me, or give me some hints.
