localhost unreachable in availability report

I am evaluating zabbix for our network monitor. I've already set it up, zabbix_suckerd and trapperd are running but when I monitor the localhost where zabbix is set-up, the log says "assuming agent dropped connection because of access permission" Host [localhost] will be checked after 60 seconds... why is this so??? The availability report says unreachable for the localhost.

do i still need to run zabbix_agentd on the localhost, where zabbix server is???
