i got a problem monitoring syslogs
i know, that zabbix supports monitoring syslogs. The problem in our scenario is, that we are going to use a central syslog-server. Our aim is to add for every single Host the corresponding syslog messages. But in Zabbix you can only add the Log-Item to the Host, where the syslog-server was installed.
So we thought to use snmptraps to handle this problem.
Does anybody has an idea, how to convert syslog-ng logs to snmptraps?
