Can someone suggest a suitable specification (items, graph etc), for both Windows and Linux Memory Utilization? I was looking for something which would show the Total Memory, Used Memory, Free Memory in a single, stacked graph as well as maybe a separate graph for Total Swap Size, Used Swap Size also stacked.
