Export from 1.1.3 to 1.4.2

Is there an easy way of exporting templates from 1.1.3 to 1.4.2?
I have invested hours in mapping snmp OID's in our templates and would like to import them in 1.4.2.
I plan to use autodiscovery for the adding of most of our devices and hosts.
And I want to link them to the correct templates automatically.
Is there an easy way of exporting templates from 1.1.3 to 1.4.2?
