Maybe I just haven't seen this (in current or requested), but it would be kind of nice to be able to specify "Scheduled Maintenance" ahead of time, and have that be handled slightly different inside the Availability report..
Example:
We upgraded a core router last night. We would have put "scheduled maint <start time> <end time>". The outages during that time while still lowering the system availability, would also populate a "Percent of downtime due to scheduled maintenance" .
So my box that sits at 99.9% avail until I do a scheduled maint would show ~98% uptime with 100% of downtime due to scheduled maint
just a thought.

edit: well i just looked at the screen caps... don't see avilability report...
did it go away, or just get pushed into something like IT Services?
