A thought for the IT services screen.... My Zabbix installation has been running for some time now but when I add new IT services items it shows a history of 100% uptime for months before I set up the screen. This throws the total numbers off. I would like to use this to monitor uptime for groups of production servers so it would be nice to be able to reset the counters. It would also be nice to be able to enter scheduled downtime so it acurately reflects unscheduled outages. I just wish I knew a programming language so I could kick in and help!
