I am just starting to set up Zabbix and I have a question about infrastructure to use.
I need to implement a solution for monitoring 1000 hosts with active agent scalable for easly increment the number of hosts monitored.
I want to use 2 Zabbix Server in configuration active/passive e some proxy for redistribute and offload zabbix server.
My question is how Proxy offload Zabbix Server? If I don't use Proxy all agents send data to server, but If I use a Proxy the same amount of data is sent to central Zabbix.
This It seems to be a Point of Failure on Zabbix Server if the amount of data is to High the risk is Server crash.
Which could be the ideal solution to implement my monitoring system with Zabbix?
