Hello,
One feature I would like to see is to be able to set timeouts on acknowledgements.
I.e., there is a trigger fired, someone checks the data or whatnot and decides that this is a temporary problem that should solve itself withing 30 minutes. So, the person acknowledges the event and forgets about it.
Noone else will check the problem, because its acknowledged.
If the problem for some reason does not solve itself, noone will be notified unless someone manually processes the list of acknowledged triggers.
So, it would've been good if the first person could have chosen "ackowledge for an hour" ,or "acknowledge unless source data changes".
I hope I managed to describe my wish :-)
