[Feature Request] Trigger function: minutesNow()

minutesNow() would return the number of minutes past the top of the hour.

For example:

{Site APC Power-Backup:HW.ups.source.last()}=1
and 
{Site APC Power-Backup:HW.ups.battery.voltage.minutesNow(0,15,30,45)}=1

This would fire every 15 minutes while my UPS is off grid power allowing zabbix to send me regular emails with the current battery voltage.
