Currently, when an item sets off a trigger, someone in our NOC needs to both acknowledge the trigger in the Zabbix frontend, then send an email to everyone that would have received the email alert to let them know that the issue is being worked on.
It would be nice if it was possible to have acknowledgements send an email to all users with access to the host.
