Link hosts together
I have hosts discovered as VMWare Guests which monitors some data on the 'system' that the host runs on.
I have some service-monitoring via Zabbix agent that runs on that system that gives finer-grained control of the host (swap space, daemon status, number of processes, per-partition statistics, etc).
Why can't I show these two systems together in Zabbix and combine the metrics? I'd always want to see my 'webserver1' system with all of its figures together. I'd want to browse a VMWare hypervisor, view its guests, and also see the system-level values in it.
A simple linking could merge these discovered hosts into one view, no?
