how could we get query of CVS file in ZABBIX?

I have CVS file and it result are in following format.

Severity	Time	Recovery time	Status	Host	Problem	Duration	Ack	Actions
Warning	9/21/2019 9:45	9/21/2019 9:56	RESOLVED	Style-DB-2-DataGuard1	Too many processes running on Style-DB-2-DataGuard1	11m	No

My question is can some one tell which tables are involved to make query to produce above result.
