Automatic mail actions work great. Sometimes there are exceptions: lets say we have an alarm, we research it and figure out it needs to be sent to some other group in company which automatic action did not cover, this is then done manualy.
What if there was a feature that would make it possible to manualy select groups while acknowledging an alarm which would then send mail notification. Maybe some kind of group list with checkboxex with search and beside checkbox "Send notification".
Hope the idea makes sense.
