Following this resolved issue, I've made a draft with the necessary steps to install Zabbix 5.4 into CentOS 7 using sources.
I tried a few times using VMs and it was successful with new installations and upgrading databases with previous versions.
Despite being a ".sh", it is not a script to be started on CentOS, it is a draft with the necessary steps to install Zabbix 5.4 using sources.
It is very simple but you must understand all commands being issued and it is advised to read all comments.
Maybe you can try it and share your thoughts.
Please, take a look at GitHub.
Thanks.
