SLA REGISTRATION - ZABBIX 6 - POSSIBILITY OF MASS UPDATE OF "Downtimes excluded"
Gentlemen, good morning! I come to present a suggestion to include in the SLA functionality - the possibility of MASS UPDATE. Within this option, it is possible to register "Downtimes excluded" common to all SLAs. For example: There was a big power outage inside my work place, at this moment what I want the lack of communication cannot be attributed to the Corporate IT Group. In this way, we exclude downtime due to power outages and the SLA returns to present faithful data only regarding intermittence due to problems in the provision of the network service.
