Administrative function: Disable the delete function for certain roles

As the title suggests, I would like to propose a feature/button in the > Users > User roles section that disables the > Data collection > Maintenance "Delete" button.

Otherwise, a way to log the actions performed on maintenance entries would be very convenient for accountability purposes and auditing.

For example, this button would not be available to certain user roles:
