I am using Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud by HTTP template and observed that many previous run not successful problem events get resolved immediately.
I find that the trigger condition for these events compare the time of previous run and ok run, and raise a problem when they do not match.
I suspect the cause of the problem event getting resolved immediately is due to the delay in data coming in for either of the 2 timings.
Does anybody have a solution to address this issue?
