I now that there's low-level discovery and network discovery....but is possible to create items automatically with custom discovey? If so, how do I do that?
I'm not using agent on my clients. As I asked for help in another topic (and it worked!), I'm using zabbix_sender to send client information to my server. Items are configured as 'zabbix trapper' and it's working fine. I have one item which is: "vhs_channels"=>"3", then I have "vhf_01"=>"XXX", "vhf_02"=>"YYY", "vhf_03"=>"ZZZ"....is possible to automatically create these itens based on first total number of channels? I could not find anything specific with custom keys on discovery rules.
Second question: is possible to auto-register hosts (clients) that are sending information using zabbix_sender?
a) I don't have clients on hosts
b) Server can't reach clients, only clients can reach server (NAT)
c) I can't run agent on hosts (it's an embbeded host with very low resources, i'm using zabbix_sender with cron)
